Seiring dan Sejalan (mcm drama dulu kat TV)

Tonite PCM enter it 1st ride of 2009....but it's #10 on it ages...as for me long time no ride...as so many holiday taken place...also some injuries...my left back still ache and my left knee hurt due playing futsal...hopefully manage to complete the 25km tonite...hopefully no rain also tonite...will update later...

the drugs

Went to clinic after Friday's prayer...telling the doc about the knee injuries...he said might happen due to impact and the old fracture (my besi inside my peha la)...so I got myself 3 types of medicine...30 Calcium tablets...30 Viartril-S capsules..and a Voren plus Gel for rubbing...all to strength up the ligament, tissue and bone on my left knee...hopefully it will reduce and back to normal...

Alhamdullillah....no rain at all at Putrajaya went I arrived at Percint 9 the meeting point of PCM...Daoh already there...as usual regular PCM riders...Heero in CSC jersey...later Haitsan came...I passed him the seatpost and pedal from Syawal last time...Rudy came snipping with his camera as always...n the most wanted rider...Adie Setan was there...wanted coz PCM poster is actually a picture of him...borrowed from him his full face for Bukit Cermin tomorrow....others that come...Rez the skitching boy...Arel...Mantz...Shahrin...Bang Chik Kelolo n family... Shaque...bro Zizan...Fuzz...Atan came abit late...Abg Man n his boys...Abg Sham dewa...Kash...Aini...PER members...ROP riders...Shah only came to escort by car...Apai dtg menyorok2x...Si basikal tua and many more...almost 80 riders tonite...ok la...

Alhamdullillah...although my knee injured...I managed to complete the PCM route...after finished cycling...give Apai the Novatec quick release...take the Da Bomb frame to Atan as he will be the new owner for it...then meet Ober...he came to passed some sticker...Anti Gravity thingy...lepak at mamak..have some chit chat then went back home...
